Prep Time 7-8 minutes Total Time: 10 Minutes Ingredients - • 3 tablespoons all purpose flour • 3 tablespoons brown sugar • 3 tablespoons Cocoa Powder • 1 teaspoon Brandy Flavour • 1/2 teaspoon honey • 3 tablespoons coconut oil or sunflower oil • 3 tablespoons water • pinch of salt • 2 tsp dark chocolate bits • Seasonal fruit compote • Seasonal fruit compote Instructions 1. In a bowl mix all the fruits and add ½ tsp of Rawleigh Brandy Flavour and ½ tsp honey. Shake well and refrigerate for half an hour. 2. In a large microwave mug mix together all of the ingredients (flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, Rawleigh Brandy Flavour 1/2 tsp, oil, water and salt). 3. Mix in the dark chocolate chips on top of the mixture. 4. Microwave for about 45-60 seconds at a 1200W. The timing might vary so keep a close watch. Make sure it doesn’t over flow or over cook. 5. Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes. 6.
