Ingredients: 1 egg 1/4 cup milk 4 slices of Brioche bread 1 1/2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp Rawleigh Double Strength Vanilla 1 tbsp butter ½ cup crushed dark chocolate (optional) ½ cup fresh raspberries and blueberries (optional) ½ tsp powdered sugar (optional) Procedure: 1. Whisk egg, milk and sugar, and Rawleigh Double Strength Vanilla in a bowl. 2. Heat pan on medium and spread butter to coat bottom. Dip the bread in the egg mix and place in pan. Pour a little bit of the mix on top of the bread. 3. Cook until brown and then flip over to brown the other side. 4. Serve with crushed dark chocolate, raspberries, blueberries, and powdered sugar.
