Christmas Peppermint Hot Cocoa

  • 3cups milk
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup of crushed dark chocolate
  • 1tsp Rawleigh Peppermint Extract


  • Combine cream, milk, and sea salt in a medium saucepan and whisk  on medium heat. Be careful to not let the milk scorch the bottom of the pan. Simmer until bubbles form.
  • Add crushed dark chocolate and whisk continuously until the chocolate melts.
  • Whisk in 1 tsp Rawleigh Peppermint Extract. If you prefer, add more peppermint extract for stronger flavor.
