Spicy Pepper Chicken Recipe:
Marinate chicken pieces with black pepper spice powder and termeric powder with small amount of salt for taste and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes. finely chopped onion, green chillis fry in oil on slow flame. When onion turns to golden brown color, add small amount of black pepper and ginger-garlic paste to it. Fry marinated chicken pieces into onion till it turns to golden color. If you want thicker gravy then you can add a small finely chopped tomato or tomato puree to it. The chicken will start to give out water. Then cover the chicken with lid and let it cook for 15 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice. Serve hot spicy pepper chicken with nan / roti / rice.
Pepper chicken Dry Delicious:
Marinate boneless chicken pieces with black pepper spice, salt and termeric powder. Fry the chicken pieches into butter for few seconds. Dip it well into corn floor and shallow or dip fry. Garnish with onion rings, fried potato chips and serve with sauce.
Pepper Chicken Gravy recipe:
Dip chicken pieces into butter and leae it as it is for few minutes. Fry it into same butter till it gets brown. Fry finely chopped onion for 2-3 minutes. Add tomato puree to it. Add red chilly powder, salt, termeric powder, black pepper powder ginger and garlic paste to mixture and let it be cooked for few minutes. Add fried chicken pieces to onion and tomato mixture. Add a small amount of water to make thick chicken gravy. Cover the pan with lid and let the chicken cook for 15 minutes. Garnish the gravy with lemon juice, cashew pieces and coriander leaves.
Pepper chicken kababs or cutlets or sandwitch:
Marinate boneless chicken pieces with black pepper spice and termeric powder. Cook chicken pieces and potatoes into cooker by adding a small quantity of water. In another pan heat oil and fry finely chopped onion till golden brown color. Add red chilli powder, coriander leaves, garlic-ginger paste, salt for taste and mixture of spice powders. blend the chicken pieces der. Mash up the potatos and mix it up well with shredded chicken and spice onion. Make heart shapes or oval shapes of chicken mixture for cutlets or tikkis or make long oval shapes to make kababs. Beat one egg well and add a pinch of salt in it to add the taste. Dip chicken tikkis or kababs into beated egg. Roll it into breadcrums and shallow fry into oil till it turns creespy with deep golden brown. Garnish with fry potato chips, onion rings, coriander leaves and serve it with spicy souce. Or sandwitch the pepper chicken kababs into bread with onion rings and cheese layer or white sauce.
