Cinnamon Swirl Cake.

The Ingrediants are,1/2  cup  firmly packed light brown sugar,1/2  cup  chopped pecans, toastes,2  teaspoons  ground cinnamon,1  (18.25-ounce) package white cake mix,1 1/3  cups  fat-free buttermilk,3/4  cup  egg substitute,1/3  cup  sugar,1  teaspoon  vanilla extract,Garnish: cinnamon sticks.
Beat cake mix and next 4 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer 2 minutes or until blended. Pour one-third cake batter into a greased and floured 12-cup Bundt pan. Sprinkle with half of brown sugar mixture. Repeat layers twice, ending with batter.
Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan, and cool completely on wire rack. Garnish, if desired.

Cinnamon Chocolate Cake.
2 cups all-purpose flour,2 cups sugar,1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon,1/4 teaspoon salt,1 cup water,1/2 cup vegetable oil,1/2 cup butter or margarine,1/4 cup baking cocoa,2 eggs,1/2 cup buttermilk,1 teaspoon vanilla extract,1 teaspoon baking soda,FROSTING:,1/2 cup butter or margarine,1/3 cup whipping cream,1/4 cup baking cocoa,1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon,3 cups confectioners' sugar,1 teaspoon vanilla extract,1 cup finely chopped walnuts.

In a mixing bowl, combine the first four ingredients. In a saucepan, combine water, oil, butter and cocoa; bring to a boil over medium heat. pour over dry ingredients; mix well. Add eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and baking soda; mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Meanwhile, for frosting, combine the butter, cream, cocoa and cinnamon in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until butter is melted and mixture is heated through. Remove from the heat; beat in sugar and vanilla until smooth. Stir in walnuts. Carefully spread over hot cake. Cool completely.
